Q: Can we bring our own drinks, and what kind of drink can we bring?
A: Yes, if you’re 21+ y/o and older you may sip and paint. You can bring wine, beer, etc.
Q: How old do you have to be to participate in a BYOB paint Class?
A: You must be at least 15 years and older to participate, you must be 21+ and older to drink.
Children under 15 are not permitted.
Q: Can we bring food?
A: Yes, we encourage you to bring as much as you’d like.
Q: Do I have to bring my own cups, plates, and tableware?
A: Yes, host of the party must provide their own plastic and tableware. Glasses are not allowed in the building. All must be paper or plastic. We do not provide Ice, or Bottle openers.
Q: How early should one arrive?
A: For a private event, at least 30 minutes prior to set up. For a regular night out at least 10-15 minutes to settle in.
Q: Can someone just sit and watch and not paint?
A: Yes, but they will be charged a sitting fee of $15 per non-painter.
Q: If I have a coupon or deal site voucher when can I use it?
A: Our promotional deals are to be used only on the dates and times stated on the fine print of your voucher. We have a strict policy on expired coupons, vouchers, or gift certificates. We do not honor or accept expired promotions of any kind. You will be asked to pay the difference for the value you originally paid for.
Q: Can I pay the difference for my coupon if it is expired?
A: Yes, you will be asked to bring your expired coupon or voucher along with the difference remaining of the value of the class.
Q: Can I use my coupon or offer voucher on a different day than the days stated on the fine print of my coupon?
A: All special offers and coupons have a specific days, times, and expiration. We abide by the statement on the fine print. We can not change the date of your class or extend expiration time.
Q: What if I have an expired voucher, coupon, gift certificate?
A: We don’t accept anything expired. However, the paid value will remain you will be asked to provide your expired voucher, coupon or gif certificate and pay for the difference of the service provided if you still would like to use your promotion.
Q: Can we change the painting on the calendar?
A: Unfortunately, the painting shown on our online calendar is the featured painting of the night. However, you can always pick your own painting when you book a private party.
Q: How do I book a private party?
A: All you need is a $70-$95 non-refundable deposit to reserve the date and time slot in order to book an event. Host is also responsible to communicate to their guests all terms and conditions about our private party guidelines and rules.
Q: What does a paint session or private party include?
A: 2-3 hour step-by-step instruction, canvas, acrylic paint supplies, instructor and a ton of fun!
Q: Does everyone paint the same thing?
A: Yes
Q: What if I have to cancel last minute, what happens to my private party deposit or class?
A: All sales are final, there are no refunds, exchanges or make-ups of any kind. For private party events deposits are non-refundable. We book 2-3 weeks in advance. For classes all sales are final there are no refunds, exchanges or make-ups of any kind.
